Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an opportunity for Case Management Officer on a 3 month contract with a possibility of an extension.
This position will be a total of 36 hours per week, with hours from 09:00am – 17:30pm.
To be a key component of the Customer Assurance process by undertaking all reviews (including Statutory and LGO reviews), appeals, complaints and senior level MP/member enquiries owning, co- ordinating and managing these cases to a successful conclusion by investigating, assessing and identifying appropriate solutions.
