Main purpose of post
The key purpose of this position is to assist the Office Manager with a high quality administrative service to support the smooth functioning of the children’s centre locality teams and nursery to undertake reception duties including dealing with telephone queries, receiving visitors and directing them to relevant activities and resources within the building, to support office finance systems and processes, to issue contracts and invoices to nursery parents, to signpost and promote services, to accurately input confidential data onto databases, to support the Manager with admin duties and, to liaise with customers and suppliers .
