Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an opportunity for HR Advisor on a 3 month contract with a possibility of an extension.
This position will be a total of 37 hours per week, with hours from 09:00am – 17:00pm.
The HR Advisors will be at the heart of the 21st Century transformation programme, supporting by working with Line Managers to support At Risk 1:1 meeting’s with individuals during formal consultation. Following this the HR Advisers will be part of a panel undertaking Competency Based Interviews (CBI’s) to identify staff with the required skills, knowledge and behaviour’s to deliver against the councils new ways of working. You will therefore be someone who is able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and staff throughout the transition stages of restructures.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
1) Advise and support managers on the people management aspects of service delivery, in a timely manner so that underperformance is addressed positively and staff managed consistently by:
