HRBP – Housing

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an opportunity for a HRBP – Housing on a 2 month’s contract with a possibility of an extension.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to be an organised and confident individual with substantial experience in managing employee relations casework and ideally you will be CIPD or have relevant substantial experience. You will also have up to date knowledge of employment law and evidence of continuous professional development. You will also need to be able to work in a fast paced, unionised environment with constant changing priorities and demands.

Essential skills and experience

• Manage the Housing directorates caseload of employee relations casework
• Demonstrated knowledge of current employment law
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service
• Be able to maintain positive relationship with employees, senior management and stakeholders such as Trade Unions

Desirable

• Previous experience working within a HRBP role
• Previous experience within the housing sector

Attitudes

• You will have to be self-sufficient and be able to work independently
• You will be happy to own and resolve queries
• Be resilient to meet the demands of the directorate
