Senior Administrator

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator on 6 months contract with a possibility of an extension.

Purpose of the role –
Senior Administration to join the SEN Team at their Ladies Walk location.

Duties/Responsibilities-
Keeping Synergy database up to date
Logging of documents from schools and professionals onto the database and saving over into virtual inboxes
Liaising with other Local Authorities, requesting and sending SEND files out, tracking of file requests.
Virtual Post
Answering telephone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls to appropriate Officer.
