Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Centre Analyst on a 2 months contract with a possibility of an extension.
Purpose of the role –
To receive, record and investigate all IT calls, including service requests and incidents, routine use of information systems and related equipment to resolve customer issues.
To work as part of a team acting as the first point of telephony contact in the provision of 1st line support and increasingly deals with 2nd line support activities.
To provide a professional customer focussed service, ensuring that users use ICT facilities effectively and are kept informed of the progress of their calls and any other issues that may impact on service provision and support.
