Commercial Manager

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Commercial Manager on a 12 months contract with the possibility for further extension.

Main accountabilities:

  • Lead on procurement and commercial activity within the Housing service, particularly as part of a Housing Improvement Programme.
  • This role will focus on the repairs and maintenance procurement activity.
  • Activity may include leading on individual procurements and/or reviewing existing term contracts, while considering the re-procurement strategy.

Experience within the public sector and good knowledge of the PCR’s is vital, as is housing (specifically repairs and maintenance) experience.
