Finance Director

Our client based in West Midlands are seeking a Finance Director who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic owner managed company.

A committed team player, the Finance Director will be both strategic & hands on; able to take a holistic business approach whilst maintaining a strong grip on the finance function. They will own on a day-to-day basis the processes and outputs relating to financial controls and reporting and use clear financial analysis to support strategic decision making of the business.

Traditionally operating with a very small Senior Leadership Team, this role carries plenty of opportunity to integrate horizontally throughout the business and support a range of functions, some of which are newly created and yet to be established.

This role is Hybrid.
