Lawyer – Planning

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an opportunity for a Lawyer-Planning on a two months contract with the possibility of an extension.

Role purpose:

To provide a high quality and comprehensive legal service on all aspects of law relating to planning. This would include drafting a range of Section 106 Agreements, case managing Planning Inquiries, advising clients both in writing and orally, drafting licenses and Agreements relating to highways matters. On occasion you will be called upon to manage high profile cases attracting a high level of public interest. It would help to have a working knowledge of local government law and an understanding of client-specific matters including Committee issues.
