Private Sector Supply & Projects Officer

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an opportunity for a Private Sector Supply & Projects Officer on a 3 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Role’s purpose

The role is in essence a tenancy management and contract monitoring one, carrying out inspections, identifying disrepair and liaising with the providers of temporary accommodation on behalf of our client’s tenants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a patch and covering an office duty and whilst there is homeworking, depending on their inspection schedule, this is likely to be limited to one or two days per week.

Requirements:

• experience in at least one of the following areas: tenancy management , estate management, void inspections, identifying Category 1 and 2 hazards.
• the ability to communicate requirements effectively to our providers and our tenants. They will need to be confident in responding to formal complaints and enquiries.
