Recruitment & Marketing Administrator

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Recruitment & Marketing Administrator on an initial 6 months contract with the possibility for further extension.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from the office per week.

The roles and responsibilities of this role are as below:

• Provide administrative support to assist with the organisation and delivery of key recruitment events and activities, delivered both on and off campus, as well as virtually
• Facilitate the co-ordination and distribution of marketing materials, internal merchandise and equipment for events and mailings.
• Support the recruitment of international candidates providing a range of administration and relocation activities to ensure a positive and swift candidate experience
• Deal with a range of enquires from internal and external customers in a professional manner, establishing their requirements and adapting the standard responses accordingly
• Support a range of Return on Investment & trackers (Excel) including the virtual recruitment tracker, careers fair data, return on investment, virtual recruitment attendees etc
• Manipulate current vacancy spreadsheet so GDPR compliant and then circulate to our partners including DWP plus promote this to a variety of external organisations
• Virtual recruitment organisation & support for services we support
• Additional management & circulation of various reports
• Support the other team members and managers as required to deliver an improved service through engagement, feedback, projects etc
• Apply a specific diversity & inclusivity lens to all related activity
