To work on the organisations successful cycle hire programme, managing relationships with operators and developing a mandatory parking bay scheme. Area’s of strength for the successful candidate should include:
* Procurement and governance
* Good project planning
* Report writing
* Organisation of the PM to knock out tasks
* Pan London arrangement – so a strategic approach needed
* Liaison with operators and pushing them to make positive changes/be reactive
* Commercial negotiations
* Sticking to timelines
