Senior Manager

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager on a 6 months contract with the possibility of further extension.

Job purpose

To support children’s social care improvement. The post holder will take responsibility for all activity supporting both fostering and adoption and work closely with our client’s colleagues.

The succesfull candidate would be someone who can work flexibly and support wider permanence improvement.

Main responsibilities:

• responsible for working closely with case progression officers to track and monitor care planning for all children subject to PLO and care proceedings and those yet to achieve permanence.
• provide support as part of a wider leadership team and take on additional roles as required commensurate with the role.

The candidate will be expected to be on site on average of 2 days a week and there will be a need to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service (example will be mandatory on-site for particular meetings, etc.)
