Disposal Surveyor

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Disposal Surveyor on a 6 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.

Main purpose of the role:

Work with the Development and Disposals Surveyor to identify development and disposals opportunities. Take ownership of allocated projects managing them from inception through the appraisal and options process, surveys, reports, due diligence through to planning application and on to in-house development or exit disposal.

The Disposals surveyor will contribute to tracking information and reports as required to ensure that colleagues are fully briefed of progress with projects, timelines, and delivery dates.

Requirements:

• RICS qualified and able to calculate land valuations in accordance with RICS best practice
• Must have a Driving licence and the use of a vehicle
• Experience of the land and property disposal process
• Experience of producing commercially robust valuations for land and property assets
• Commercial property experience
