Finance Manager

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Finance Manager on a 6 months contract with a possibility of further extension.

Main accountabilities:

Independent quantification of the financial impacts of improvement work, including the following activity:

• Cost-benefit sense check – to quantify both the costs associated with implementing the programme and the expected benefits it will generate over time. This will leave our client with a ROI number.
• Overall financial outcomes of the improvement programme, cost savings, increased efficiencies, and any other financial impacts of the programme. Our client needs support to assess the full range of potential financial outcomes to fully understand the impact.
• Finance KPIs – to understand what they might measure to reassure/identify issues early by tracking key indicators.
• Financial Reporting – to highlight the financial gains achieved or expected to be achieved as a result of the programme that will help to gain a comprehensive understanding of its financial impact.
• Management of the programme budget.
