Learning Disability Senior Physiotherapist

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Learning Disability Senior Physiotherapist on a permanent basis.

Main accountabilities:

• To lead on the planning, provision and evaluation of aquatic therapy services
• To lead on the development, provision and review of physiotherapy services and clinics for people with complex postural management needs

• Lead on the development and improvement of access to community physiotherapy services and learning disability physiotherapy services in order to ensure improved outcomes
• To contribute to the development, maintenance and review of performance measures specifically related to physiotherapy activity, where appropriate provide feedback/report to Head of Therapies
• Responsible for the ongoing clinical supervision and appraisal of physiotherapist and assistant physiotherapist postholders

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
• Sound level of evidence based clinical practice
