Key Responsibilities:

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
• Database Management: Keep our candidate database updated and organized.
• Fast-Paced Recruitment: Manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Communication skills are the key and so is the proactive nature
• Expertise in Boolean searches and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting.
