Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Programme Manager – HR Pay and Reward on a 15 months contract with a possibility of further extension.
You will lead the HR pay and reward programme over a period of approximately 15 months ensuring delivery of a minimum of five projects relating to pay and reward.
You will be continuously assessing risks to the organisation ensuring the programme is aligned to the client’s strategic direction. You will make best use of internal resources and bring in additional resource as required to ensure the programme is delivered within the timescales.
Extensive experience of the design and execution of HR programmes and projects linked to business strategy and organisational vision is essential.
