Property Administration Officer

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Property Administration Officer on a 3 months contract with the possibility of further extension.

Main accountabilities

• You will ensure that the Asset Management databases for the client are legally compliant by promptly and accurately inputting data received from across the client into various Housing IT systems.
• Managing the investment, completion and compliance data in our housing IT systems.
• You will assist the Property Data Manager provide assurance and report technical and safety information to maintain the performance of our assets and update statutory compliance within the Asset Management function.
• You will ensure that the information required is maintained and available.

It is essential that you have Local Authority experience for this role.
