Senior Applications Analyst

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has 2 opportunities for:

• Senior Applications Analyst – Mosaic system
• Senior Applications Analyst – Civica OPEN Revenues system

Both roles are initially for 3 months with a possibility of further extension. Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in the office.

General about the role:

Working across the full application lifecycle you will focus on supporting and developing solutions that will improve functionality and performance of systems.

Working with key business areas to understand changing requirements, business processes and provide innovative solutions to ensure consistent delivery of services to our customers.

Core Skills

• A strong background of working within an enterprise applications environment with experience across full application lifecycle.
• Ideally experience of working within a Local Government environment with a strong understanding of different service areas including Customer Services, Housing and Children Services.
• Experience of working within system analysis and design with proven experience of providing recommendations and providing solutions to problems to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Ideally experience of working within both a Dev/Ops environment and working within ITIL aligned environment with a strong understanding of change management and governance.
