Senior Systems Administrator

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator on a 3 months contract with the possibility of further extension.

Main purpose of the role:

• To ensure that our Housing IT systems are set up and configured in housing to maximise benefits for the business
• The Senior Systems Administrator will lead on the monitoring and establishment of the systems within the business areas and the decommissioning of any redundant systems.
• Provision of training in all Housing I.T systems
• To be responsible for all areas of systems administration including; applications upgrades, workforce administration, security, data quality governance, Housing IT user group, change control, training guides, support calls, mailbox management, report specifications and reports register management, letter register management, customer portal maintenance, licence monitoring, interface governance etc
• To lead on the delivery and maintenance of a housing records system, a document management system and a customer online portal, in partnership with local Housing Associations.
