Business Development Executive

Working on behalf of a Global Coaching company, we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client offers a range of business coaching services to small to medium business owners.

Essential requirements:

The successful candidate ideally will be based in Coventry/Central Midlands, and will have:

• Experience in B2B sales environments. (Networking / Telesales experience is preferable.)
• Extensive leadership skills and ability to tackle challenges head on
• Verbally fluent, and able to develop instant rapport with people
• Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer, Social media Facebook, LinkedIn
• Smart, hardworking, a trouble shooter and focused.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and love learning.
• A go-getter personality
• Hold a current UK Driving licence – desirable, not essential

This role will involve playing a key role in enrolling small to medium business owners into one of their most popular coaching and training programmes.

Our client will provide you ongoing training through their National Sales team and you will have your own Coach for your further development in the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• You will participate in various networking events and be part of various business forums.
• Lead generation is the primary focus of your role. You’ll be supported fully in developing several lead generation strategies.
• Generating appointments through sales activities.
• Creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients
• Building client relationships
• All admin work associated with this role

Salary/Package: £24,000 – £30,000 basic + Bonuses, OTE £35-£40K – full time or part time hours available.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm for full time, or 9am – 6pm – flexible. Part time hours will be discussed at interview stage.

Holiday entitlement: 28 days (pro rata for part time hours), and you can have an additional day off on your birthday!
