Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels.
• Marketing Activities: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.
• Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Content Writing: Write compelling and creative content for our blog, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute a Social Media strategy to reach and engage with our target audience.
• Recruitment Admin Activities: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including CV submissions and email campaigns.

This role can be both on full time and part time basis, we can discuss this.

What We’re Looking For:

• Marketing Knowledge: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation, social media, and content creation.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly TikTok.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, HubSpot).
