Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Officer

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Officer on a 6 months contract with a possibility of further extension.

You will be responsible for leading on the administration of the client’s Developer Contributions framework, including the assessment and implementation of the Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 Agreements. You will have experience in the effective monitoring and compliance of Section 106 Agreements and administration of the Community Infrastructure Levy.
