Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Team Leader Care & Support team – housing on a 6 months contract with a possibility of further extension.

• Coaching and developing a team for exceptional customer service.
• Setting and achieving personal and business objectives.
• Driving performance improvement through effective coaching and 121s.
• Managing underperformance positively.
• Enhancing the team’s quality and output.
• Acting as an escalation point for residents.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing teams to exceed KPIs.
• Excellent coaching skills to foster a coaching culture.
• Adaptability, resilience, and role modeling for colleagues.
• Data-driven approach to service improvement and staff development.
• Experience in housing customer services.
